We want to reassure our Franklin County RISE participants—child care providers and families alike—that the program will continue operating as planned. Per guidance from the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, funds for Franklin County RISE are already obligated and are therefore exempt from the federal grant suspension. At this time, we do not anticipate any disruptions to services or payments. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates if anything changes. Thank you for your continued partnership and trust in Franklin County RISE.
