Each year, we celebrate Provider Appreciation Day and take a moment to honor the dedication, hard work, and love that child care professionals provide to our children. These incredible individuals do more than care for our youngest; they lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning and growth. Yet, their efforts often go unnoticed. This Provider Appreciation Day, join Action for Children in changing that narrative.
We’re on a mission to create and distribute over 1,200 personalized, hand-decorated thank-you cards to child care providers across central Ohio to show our gratitude for all they do. We’ll be sending the hand written cards you make to every licensed child care provider in Franklin, Licking, Delaware, Union, Pickaway, Fairfield, and Madison Counties for Provider Appreciation Day on May 10th, 2024!
Every dollar counts. A donation as little as $5 covers the cost of creating and sending one special card. Your contribution helps us ensure that every child care professional in our service area receives this token of appreciation.

Whether you’re an artist or someone who simply wants to say “thank you,” your hands-on participation will make this gesture even more meaningful.
