Family & Parent Support Programs

Central Ohio Parenting Classes & Resources

From prenatal support to foster and adoptive partnerships to school readiness programming, Action for Children offers programming to support parents and guardians at each stage of their parenting journey with young children.

Prenatal & Early Development Support

Help Me Grow Home Visiting is a free program that provides in-home support for families with a new baby or one on the way. Designed to help caregivers navigate their children’s development from birth to age three, Help Me Grow offers information on healthy pregnancy, child safety and learning, and more, as well as resources to meet families’ needs and answers to any questions they may have.

Foster, Adoption, & Kinship Supports

Families interested in fostering, adoption, or kinship care can learn more about each process and get step-by-step support through the services offered at Action for Children. We also help families prepare for pre-screening and home study inspections.
