Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)

NOTICE: AFC’s CACFP Sponsorship Ending November 30, 2024

Thank you for partnering with us to provide nutritious meals to children in central Ohio. After many rewarding years, Action for Children will end its CACFP sponsorship in all central Ohio counties (Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Marion, Pickaway, and Union) on November 30, 2024.

To help with your transition, information is included below on CACFP sponsors in your area. When you’re ready to switch, please email cacfp@actionforchildren.org so we can complete a CACFP Sponsor Transfer Form. For additional support, please call 614-224-0222, ext. 8006.

During the remainder of your time enrolled in the CACFP with Action for Children, our team remains committed to helping you meet program requirements. Please remember to submit any meal claims for November by 11:59 PM on December 5, 2024.

We appreciate all you do for children and families and look forward to continuing to serve you through our other Family Child Care support programs.
